The data insights specialist will join the Percepto team, translating the data gathered from sensors to meaningful reports and insights. These insights impact our customers on a daily basis, exposing them to actionable items

Responsibilities

  • Translate data to insights while understanding the startup environment and dynamics
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse gathered data
  • Manage the data analytics process and resolve issues that affect customers
  • Work closely with the product teams
  • Broad overview of Percepto deliverables, in depth acquaintance with our platform
  • Continually work towards making improvements in the data analytics process
  • Lead without authority and push tasks forward to the completion


Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Fluent English - MUST
  • Additional language (Spanish in particular) - an advantage
  • Problem solver, team player, with excellent technical skills
  • Experience in customer success positions - an advantage
