We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our manufacturing team as a Planner. The responsibilities of the Planner includes follow up on the day-to-day activities of the production team, overseeing progress of PO issuing, component lead times, building and maintaining report out system, and collaborating with other department stake holders in the manufacturing projects.

To be successful as a Planner, you should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, ability to hold meetings effectively and be well organized with ability to work under pressure.

Our Computer vision team develops state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms to address the various perception tasks required for our autonomous drones, such as object detection and scene perception.

Responsibilities

  • Planning project Production activities, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Providing progress reports and budget outlines to Department Manager.
  • Overseeing the progress of project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
  • Accurately documenting the project's, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope and budget.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in the industry.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities.
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
