We are looking for a hungry and energetic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to run its full sales processes and activities in Australia. A pure hunter who will be focused on acquiring new customers and increasing company’s pipeline and installation base across country. 

This candidate will be required to manage a complex sales cycle and to engage with business champions and decision makers across the organizational hierarchy, all the way through to C-level executives. The Reginal Sales Manager will manage all aspects of the sales cycle from reach out & prospecting through demos, pilots, negotiations, and all the way to a successful deal closing.

  • Strive to overachieve quarterly sales booking targets
  • Lead the entire sales cycle (Lead-to-Order) and own the entire business process
  • Establish, develop, and achieve a rich quarterly pipeline of opportunities
  • Generate constant stream of SQL’s (demonstrating successful hunting in dedicated industries putting the focus on Critical Infrastructure (Mining, Power Utilities, Oil & Gas, Solar & Renewables)
  • Work constantly to meet Sales KPI’s
  • Master the region and segments from both technology and business standpoints
  • Open new relevant industries
  • Plan, forecast and execute sales activities
  • Be responsible for developing key account relationships within the potential client organizations
  • Develop customer business while coordinating account resources with internal peers from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development, would be an integral part of your role
  • Achieve regional presence and dominance (Marketing & installations base)


  • Experience in building and executing GTM to the region
  • Experience in executing GTM by applying available resources and while measuring performance using focused KPI’s on an ongoing basis
  • Experience in selling solutions to critical infrastructure. A strong advantage would be Mining
  • Excellency in selling complex innovative technological solutions
  • Excellency in selling to large scale enterprises
  • Proven capability to penetrate new industries
  • Demonstrate strong motivation for reaching sales objectives
  • Ability to develop sales plans, market knowledge and understanding the customer needs
  • Successfully work both independently and as part of a team
  • A highly driven individual, upbeat, trustworthy, responsible, and highly attentive to customers and colleagues
