Talent Acquisition Specialist (US, FL)
About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in both tech and non-tech industries. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions and will have a creative approach to identifying effective, economical, and out-of-the-box solutions to build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline. This role requires someone who can effectively network using both online resources and offline channels such as schools, job fairs, and community events and has had experience with managing high-volume recruitment efforts.
This position is mostly on-site at the office located in Riviera Beach, FL.

Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and engage qualified candidates for a range of positions, including tech and non-tech roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by implementing creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Leverage online resources (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) and offline channels (e.g., schools, job fairs, community events) to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for exempt and non-exempt positions, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit with company requirements and culture.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external partners, including educational institutions, community organizations, and industry associations.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Create and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Provide regular updates to the HR Manager on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Manage and execute high-volume recruitment efforts efficiently, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both tech and non-tech industries.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and implement effective, economical, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and external partners.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Familiarity with online sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Experience participating in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other community engagement activities.
- This position may require occasional travel to attend job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other community engagement activities.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
