Our Leadership
Dor Abuhasira
Dor is a deeply knowledgeable commercial robotics industry expert passionate about autonomous technology. Co-founding Percepto in 2014, Dor led the company through tremendous growth and successfully led it to be the market leader of industrial autonomous drones. Following his vision the company created a new market category - autonomous inspection and monitoring solutions. Today, Percepto is the market leader in autonomous inspection and monitoring solutions, powered by robotics.
Dor began his professional career as an electrical engineer with years of hardware development experience, most recently at Netoptics, a Silicon Valley network visibility company acquired by IXIA. Previously, Dor was a hardware engineer and technology leader at ECI Telecom, a telecommunications company, leading the development of their Gigabit Passive Optical Networks (GPON).
Dor holds a B.Sc. in Electrical engineering from Ben Gurion University, where he graduated with honors.
Ariel Avitan
Ariel is a big data expert with two decades’ experience leading and facilitating team growth in the dynamic startup world. As a co-founder of Percepto, he leads the commercial front, leveraging his deep market understanding and diverse skill set to drive long-term company growth.
Prior to co-founding Percepto, Ariel was a founding member and VP Marketing of Sequoia-backed Signals, and Head of Information Security at Frost & Sullivan Europe. Ariel brings with him in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing heavy industrial sites, as well as a passion for using drones and robots to provide data-driven, actionable insights.
Ariel holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.
Sagi Blonder
An autonomous systems visionary and data analytics pioneer, Sagi heads Percepto’s R&D and oversees the company's core innovation in autonomous systems and data capture and analytics. Prior to co-founding Percepto, Sagi was responsible for the architecture and implementation of verification software environments, algorithms, and optimizations at Freescale Semiconductors – a global leader in embedded processing solutions.
Sagi holds a B.Sc. in Physics and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, both from Ben Gurion University, with high honors.
Raviv Raz
Raviv leads Percepto's platform and R&D team in delivering the market leading drone-in-a-box portfolio. Raviv is an industry expert in autonomous drones & robotics, drone docking stations, and industrial fitted solutions.
Prior to co-founding Percepto, Raviv was an Israeli Air Force (IAF) pilot, flying some of the most advanced aircraft in the world and working with cutting-edge airborne technologies. Raviv was also a technical leader at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), one of the world’s leading drone manufacturers. As a flight test engineer in the IAI’s drone development division, he was exposed to numerous types of drones and drone-related technologies.
Raviv holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
Nir Simon
Nir is a strategic business leader with more than 15 years experience as a CFO and in other financial and executive leadership roles at both private and public companies. Previously, Nir closed a very large M&A sale to IBM and was appointed IBM Israel CFO. Additionally, as Infinidat CFO, Nir closed several large private investment rounds. He brings a complete package of finance, sales and legal skills to Percepto, along with a strong passion to grow business and build successful teams.
Nir is a CPA and holds a B.Sc. in computer science and accounting and an MBA in finance and marketing from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as an LLB from Kiryat Ono Academic Collage and an LLM with honors from Bar-Ilan University. He is in the process of completing a B.Sc. in life and earth science.
Neta Gliksman
Neta is the head of the policy and government affairs’ department at Percepto, working closely with regulatory bodies, such as the FAA in the US and CASA in Australia, customers and other drone solution providers to secure Percepto’s leadership and influence in drone regulation. Neta brings her vast corporate and military experience combined with comprehensive knowledge in global drone regulation to Percepto’s regulation team. She previously worked at various hi-tech companies and law firms, such as IBM and Shibolet & co.
Neta holds a BS in Law from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Master of Law from Tel Aviv University.
Shykeh Gordon
Shykeh is a hands-on team leader, bringing with him 30 years experience managing international business units and sales teams. As VP Global Sales, Shykeh is responsible for generating team success in connecting global heavy industrial sites with autonomous inspection and monitoring solutions. Prior to working at Percepto, Shykeh facilitated fast-paced growth in a variety of companies and start-ups. Shykeh is passionate about growing scaling companies, and previously worked at Radvision (acquired by Avaya), Optimal Plus (acquired by National Instruments) and Redbend (acquired by Harman).
Shykeh has a B.Sc in Physics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Udi Zohar
Udi Zohar is the Chief Product Officer at Percepto, leading the strategic roadmap and development of the company's autonomous inspection solutions. With a deep understanding of the industrial landscape, Udi has expertly navigated various markets to deliver technologies that redefine critical infrastructure management. His expertise in leading interdisciplinary teams has enabled Percepto to disrupt traditional inspection practices, providing innovative solutions that boost productivity, safety, and efficiency across multiple industries.
Before joining Percepto, Udi managed R&D at Fanzone, a real-time trip management platform. He also co-founded Hoozin, a mobile app for peer interactions, and was a chip designer at PMC-Sierra (later acquired by Microsemi). Earlier in his career, Udi served in an elite unit of the Israeli Air Force, leading multidisciplinary special operations and driving the development of cutting-edge technologies.
Udi holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Yael Wolinitz Kitzis
Yael leads Percepto’s People team, bringing with her over 20 years experience building HR and recruitment infrastructure in fast-growing startups. Previously, Yael held various HR leadership roles, most recently at Keywee and Verbit. In these positions, Yael supported fast-paced company growth, built global HR teams and processes, and served as a management consultant and organizational consultant.
Yael has her B.A. in psychology and communication from Tel Aviv University and holds a Masters of Arts in education from Haifa University.
Yorai Shmueli
Yorai brings to Percepto more than a decade of proven experience in managing complex projects and simplifying intricate processes. He leads Percepto’s operations, overseeing all global operations from deployment through training to support. Prior to joining Percepto, Yorai was a board designer project leader at ECI (Telecom) and before that a hardware system engineer at ELBIT systems.
Yorai holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and High-tech Management, both from Ben Gurion University.
