About The Position
Percepto is the leading provider of autonomous inspection and monitoring solutions that harness robotics, including our market-leading industrial drone-in-a-box solution.
Our team comprises software and hardware engineers, industry experts, and professionals passionate about innovation and driven to push the boundaries of what’s possible with software, AI, and hardware.
We are looking for a talented Chief of Staff, who will work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop, implement, and manage strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a highly organized and proactive leader with a deep understanding of the tech industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key decisions.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across the executive team as well as the Board of Directors.
- Manage the agenda, priorities, and follow-up actions for executive meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of critical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Implement best practices and processes for project management and strategic planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial projections for strategic initiatives. Includes analyzing complex financial data to produce valuable insights, support business improvement opportunities, and drive actionable recommendations
- Propose new ways of creating business efficiencies, and guide investment in people, processes, and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience as Chief of Staff or similar.
- Three (3) years of experience working for a multinational firm in professional services, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Three (3) years of experience working in finance, operations, or strategy positions for high-tech start-ups.
- Two (2) years of experience in project management that involves multiple disciplines/departments.
- One (1) year of experience with financial due diligence such as M&A deal planning
Office Site: Austin, Texas
Remote Work Policy: Must appear in-person four (4) days per week in the Austin, TX office (1 day per week can be from home).
Travel Requirement: Approximately 25% of the time, primarily to visit New York, Florida, and Israel.
