(“Percepto”, “us“, “we”, “our”) collects, stores, uses, and discloses personal information relating individuals who visit or otherwise interact with our website, available at https://percepto.co/ (our “website”), or interact with us through email, text and other electronic messages, our online ads and communications under our control, and via various sales and marketing channels such as events, webinars, or other business activity, or request an online demo of our product through the website (collectively with the website, the “services”).
Please note that this policy does NOT cover our privacy practices regarding personal information of users of our autonomous site inspection and monitoring product (“Percepto AIM”). If you are a Percepto AIM user, please refer to our AIM Privacy Policy, which is available to our users via our application.

You are not legally required to provide us with your personal information, but without it, we may not be able to provide you with the full range of our services or with the best user experience when you interact with our services.

Personal Information is information that identifies an individual or that may, with reasonable effort, identify an individual. It does not include deidentified, aggregated or anonymized information that is maintained in a form that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to an individual.
Specifically, we collect the following categories of Personal Information:
- You Personally Identifiable Information: We may collect Personal Information that you provide us voluntarily in any forms and inquiries that you submit to us. This typically includes your name, workplace, position, contact information (such as professional e-mail and phone number) and the content of your message. For instance, you may provide us with such information when you communicate with us via the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website.
- Usage and Device Information: We may collect connectivity, technical and usage data, as well as information about your device, software or hardware that may identify you. Such information may include browser type, device identifiers, IP address and activity logs. We collect and generate this information automatically, either independently or with the help of third-party Service Providers including through the use of analytics tools (including cookies and similar data collection technologies).
For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA“), in the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of Personal Information, as defined in the CCPA: identifiers; customer record information; internet or other electronic network activity information; professional or employment-related information; geolocation data; commercial information; audio, electronic, and visual information; and inferences.
2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Please note that our legal basis for collecting and processing your Personal Information will depend on the Personal Information collected and the specific context in which we collect it. Percepto typically processes Personal Information about Visitors and Prospects for the following business and commercial purposes and in reliance on the legal bases for processing as further detailed below:
- Provision of the website and related services: we use Personal Information to facilitate, operate and provide you with access to the Website (Legitimate Interests);
- Improve the Website: we may collect and analyze information about you and your usage of the Website to improve the Website’s usability and effectiveness (Legitimate Interests);

- Dispute resolution: we may use your Personal Information to investigate and resolve disputes in connection with your use of the Website (Legitimate Interests);
- Enforce our policies and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements: we may use your Personal Information to investigate violations and enforce our policies, and as required by law, regulation or other governmental authority, or to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process or respond to a government request (Legitimate Interests, Legal Obligations);
- Process for other purposes for which we obtain your consent (Consent).

- Our third-party vendors engaged to provide services in connection with the services we provide to you (“Service Providers“). We may share Personal Information with our Service Providers for various purposes, including to store or process data collected and/or generated through the Website (e.g., cloud computing service providers); to assist us in our business operations (e.g., issuing credit cards and processing transactions); to perform research, technical diagnostics, personalization and analytics that will enable us to improve the Website; to secure the Website (e.g., fraud detection and prevention services); or to perform marketing campaigns;
- Our subsidiaries and affiliated companies;
- Auditors or advisers of our business processes (e.g., lawyers, accountants, insurers etc.) for the purpose of ensuring our compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
- Any potential purchasers or investors in Percepto;
- Government or law enforcement officials when we are required to disclose Personal Information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, to respond to claims and legal procedures (including but not limited to subpoenas) or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements (we will only disclose the minimum amount of Personal Information necessary to comply with such legal requirements);
- We may disclose Personal Information to others if we believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property or safety Percepto, any of our Visitors, Prospects, or any members of the general public;
- For the avoidance of doubt, monday.com may disclose your Personal Information in additional manners, as you may otherwise consent from time to time.
Third-parties to whom we disclose your Personal Information will be required to meet our data processing and security standards. The Personal Information we provide them will only be provided in connection with the performance of their function.
For the purposes of the CCPA, in the last 12 months, we may have disclosed identifiers; customer record information; internet or other electronic network activity information; professional or employment-related information; geolocation data; commercial information; audio, electronic, and visual information; and inferences to the recipients listed above.
4. DATA LOCATION AND TRANSFERS
Your Personal Information may be maintained, processed and stored by us or our Service Providers in the US, Israel, the EU, and any other locations as reasonably necessary for the proper performance and delivery of our services, or as may be required by law.
Since we operate globally, it may be necessary to transfer data, including Personal Information, to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland. In these instances, we will transfer your Personal Information only to countries which been approved by the relevant authority as providing an adequate level of data protection. Transfers of Personal Information in Israel is done based on such an adequacy decision according to which Israel is a jurisdiction which is considered by the European Commission, the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), and the UK Secretary of State, as offering an adequate level of protection for the personal data of their residents.
For transfers of Personal Information to countries that are not considered to be offering an adequate level of data protection, we will rely on the standard contractual clauses as approved by the European Commission, the Swiss FDPIC, and the UK Secretary of State, as appropriate. 5. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We retain Personal Information that we collect about our Visitors and Prospects for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the services and to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we may keep records containing certain Personal Information, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations, as required by such regulations.
We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

9. HOW DO WE SAFEGUARD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of our Website and of your Personal Information. We employ industry standard procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and safety of your Personal Information, and prevent unauthorized use of any such information.

10. OUR ROLE
Certain data protection laws and regulations, such as the GDPR or the CCPA, typically distinguish between two main roles for parties processing Personal Information: the “data controller” (or “business” under the CCPA), who determines the purposes and means of processing; and the “data processor” (or “service provider” under the CCPA), who processes the data on behalf of the data controller.
Percepto is the “data controller” (or “business” under the CCPA) of the Personal Information listed in Section 1. With respect to such Personal Information, we assume the responsibilities of data controller (solely to the extent applicable under the law), as set forth in this Privacy Policy. In such instances, our Service Providers processing such data will assume the role of “data processor” (or “service providers” under the CCPA).
11 OPT-OUT OF SALE/SHARING
Under certain US data protection laws, like the CCPA, our disclosure of certain internet activity and device information with third parties through cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information for targeted advertising. We do so in pursuit of the business and commercial purposes described in Section 2 above. Percepto has not knowingly sold or shared the Personal Information of individuals under the age of 16.
For the purposes of the CCPA, in the last 12 months we have “sold” or “shared” internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and commercial information with our analytics and advertising Service Providers.
You may opt out of all cookies that may result in a “sale” and/or “sharing” of your Personal Information in the following ways:
- Click the “Your Privacy Choices” link (available in the footer of our website), move the toggle switch next to “Share or Sale of Personal Information” to grey (disabled), then click the “Save My Preferences” button.

Minors: Our Services are not designed to attract children.
