The People & Talent Specialist will join our HR team in Israel in a 60% capacity. This role is ideal for someone who loves the dynamics of recruitment but also wants to gain experience in broader HR areas and support the employee journey.
You will focus on bringing the right talent to the company while providing essential support to the HR team in maintaining employee engagement and executing key organizational processes.
This role offers a great balance between recruitment and HR support, providing a wide view of the employee lifecycle in a flexible, part-time setting with room for future growth.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process for Israel-based roles, from initial briefing with managers to offer stage.
- Proactive Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and local networks to identify and engage with top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, warm, transparent and efficient process for all candidates.
People & HR Support:
- Employee Pulse: Conduct periodic check-in meetings with employees to maintain engagement and surface relevant insights.
- HR Processes Support: Assist the HR team in executing different HR processes and initiatives.
- C&B Administration: Provide support in gathering data and preparing materials for salary benchmarks and compensation reviews.
- Onboarding Assistance: Help coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth start.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end technological recruitment within the Israeli Start- Up market.
- Experience in multidisciplinary companies, managing complex hiring pipelines for HW, SW, Operations, Commercial and G&A, is a big advantage.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven experience in active sourcing and building talent pipelines.
- Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, great listening skills, and a service-oriented approach.
- Execution & Autonomy: Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organized within a part-time framework.
- Education: B.A. in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Languages: Native-level Hebrew and high-level English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 60% capacity, with a potential option to increase the scope of the role in the future based on company needs.
