As a QA Team Leader at Percepto, you will lead the quality assurance efforts across our end-to-end system, which includes hardware, embedded software, and cloud infrastructure. You will ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability, safety, and performance by developing and overseeing comprehensive testing strategies. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the QA team, setting goals, managing performance, and ensuring effective task assignments.
- Develop and implement test processes and methodologies for high-quality embedded and web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Promote Automation instead of manual testing to improve efficiency and time to market.
- Provide regular reporting on testing progress, defect analysis, and quality trends to stakeholders, including risks, blockers, and mitigations.
- Work closely with product, development, and operations teams to clarify requirements, understand use cases, and define test criteria.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in testing end-to-end systems involving hardware, embedded software, and cloud applications.
- Experience in providing and maintaining STD documents.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation. CI/CD processes - Advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in Linux/ Unix environment.
- Familiarity with drone technologies, robotics, or autonomous systems - Advantage
