We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who join our team.
As the Product Manager of Autonomous System Control, you will build on Percepto’s reputation for simple, intuitive drone operation by enhancing control capabilities that make complex operations even easier to execute. Your role will focus on further streamlining user experience, reliability, and the success rate of autonomous missions, ensuring that Percepto’s drones remain the most accessible and efficient solution in industrial inspection. Working cross-functionally, you’ll drive innovation that empowers users to confidently deploy and manage autonomous missions in diverse environments.

Responsibilities
- Be the primary driver for identifying new opportunities in the context of the broader organizational vision and strategy
- Lead the development of user interfaces and control mechanisms that make autonomous missions intuitive and robust
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success
- Lead the product life cycle from planning through research, development and all the way into the launch of the product
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless integration of new features, aligning with the goal of delivering a straightforward, user-friendly product
Requirements
- BA/BSc degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics or a similar field from a leading university
- At least 5 years experience in a product management role
- Proven track record of User interface products
- Experience in conducting User interviews
- Data driven, sharp analytical skills
- Fast learner, self-directed and highly motivated
- A true team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong technical skills
- Fluent English
