We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our ambitious growth objectives. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of hiring processes and manage them E2E. From profile definition through sourcing, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, and leading the decision-making with the hiring managers.
  • Improve recruitment channels by using innovative sourcing techniques and harnessing internal resources and teammates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in order to build and facilitate the best hiring processes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process, that reflects our culture and respect for people.
  • Take part in our employer branding efforts and our social media presence.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Experience in the technology or engineering sector.
  • Sourcing experience- Must
  • Experience in recruiting E2E
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with HR interviews- Advantage 
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
