Percepto Robotics Ltd. and its affiliated companies (“Percepto”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) are committed to protecting and respecting our job candidates’ and applicants’ (“Candidates”, “you”, “your”) privacy. This notice (“Notice”) describes what personal data we collect and process, how we process sensitive personal data, how and for which purposes we may use your personal data, the sources of personal data we collect, to whom we may disclose it, where we store it and for how long we retain it, our security practices, the use of cookies on our website, your choices and rights regarding such data, and on how to contact us.
It is important that you read this notice, together with any other privacy notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing Personal Data about you, so that you are aware of how and why we are using such information.
You are not legally required to provide us with any personal data, and may do so (or avoid doing so) at your own free will. However, without it, we may not be able to process your application.
1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
In this Notice, “Personal Data” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a natural person. It does not include aggregated or deidentified information that is maintained in a form that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to an individual. We may collect, store, use and process the following categories of Personal Data about you as part of our application and recruitment process:
● Identifiers and contact details – including your name, address, telephone number, email address, identification number, as well as a copy of your ID or passport.
● Information collected for the purposes of your recruitment – including copies of right to work documentation, references and other information included in a CV or cover letter or as part of the application process, such as education and work history, and professional certifications.
● Data contained in your candidate file – such as information pertaining to proposed terms for which you applied and interview notes.
● Publicly available online information – such as your LinkedIn profile URL or other similar social networks.
● We may also collect, store, use and process “special categories” of more sensitive Personal Data – including, to the extent permitted or required by law, information about your prior criminal convictions and offences as part of our background checks for specific roles, information about your ethnicity, gender, and whether you have a disability. For more information, please see section 2 below.
For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), in the last 12 months, we have collected the above-mentioned types of Personal Data about Candidates, which pertain to the following categories: Identifiers; Customer Record Information; Protected Characteristics; Professional or Employee-Related Information; Geolocation Data; Audio, Electronic or Similar Information; Education information; and Inferences from Personal Information collected. We may also require you to submit Sensitive Personal Information (as outlined above).

2. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
We may require you to submit Personal Data about your ethnicity, gender, and whether you have a disability, to ensure our compliance with our legal obligations under applicable law.
Where appropriate, we will collect information about criminal convictions as part of the recruitment process or we may be notified of such information directly by you in the course of you working for us. We will only collect such information if it is appropriate given the nature of the role and where we are legally able to do so.
To the extent legally required, we will obtain your explicit consent prior to any such collection and use to process such sensitive data. If we do so, we will provide you with full details of the information that we would like and the reason we need it, so that you can carefully consider whether you wish to consent.
3. HOW AND WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We collect, store and process Personal Data about you as part of the employment application process for the following business purposes:
● To evaluate your suitability for a role at Percepto, and manage your application
● To contact you regarding other suitable roles within Percepto in the future
● To maintain our internal records of recruitment and employment applications
● To create your employee personnel file, if hired
● To create aggregated statistical or inferred data regarding our Candidates
● To comply with applicable legislation and industry codes
● To manage risk and enhance our security and anti-fraud measures
● To further develop and improve our recruitment processes and hiring practices
● To protect the rights and interests of Percepto, its affiliates and personnel
If you reside in a territory governed by privacy laws where consent is required for the processing of Personal Data, your application will be deemed as your acceptance of this Notice and consent to the processing of your personal data for all purposes detailed in this Notice. If you wish to revoke such consent, you may do so at any time by contacting us at privacy@percepto.co.
Please note that we may process your Personal Data without your knowledge or consent, in compliance with the above rules, where this is required or permitted by law.
4. SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
We may collect Personal Data about Candidates through the application and recruitment process, either directly from Candidates or sometimes from an employment agency or background check provider.
We may also collect additional information from third parties including former employers, credit reference agencies or other background check agencies (as applicable and subject to applicable law) or publicly available resources (such as social networks).
5. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
Where required by law, necessary to administer the working relationship with you or where we have another legitimate interest in doing so, we may have to disclose your data to third parties, including service providers and other entities in the Company group, as described below. We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
● Other entities in the group – We may share your Personal Data with other entities in our group for recruitment or compliance purposes. In addition, should Percepto undergo any change in control,

including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or part of its assets, your Personal Data may be shared with the parties involved in such event.
● Service providers – e.g., talent acquisition and HR management systems, recruitment agencies, hosting services, data analytics services (e.g., compensation and benefits analytics), data and cybersecurity services, background check services (where permitted by applicable law), and our business, legal, financial and compliance advisors (collectively, “Service Providers”). Such Service Providers may receive or otherwise have limited access to our Candidates’ personal data, depending on each of their particular roles and purposes in facilitating and enhancing our recruitment process, and may only use it for such purposes .
● Law enforcement, governmental authorities and regulators – we may be required to disclose personal data to the relevant authorities for example in accordance with legal reporting obligations, or in response to valid law enforcement process (warrant, subpoena, or court order) .
● Protecting rights and safety – we may share your Personal Data with others, if we believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property or personal safety of Percepto, yourself, or any members of the general public.
Service Providers, other entities in the group and any other third parties to whom we disclose your Personal Data are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your Personal Data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
For the purposes of the CCPA, in the past 12 months, we may have disclosed to the above-mentioned parties, the following categories of Personal Data relating to our Candidates: Identifiers; Customer Record Information; Protected Characteristics; Professional or Employee-Related Information; Geolocation Data; Audio, Electronic or Similar Information; Education information; Inferences from Personal Information collected; Sensitive Personal Information. We do not “sell” your Personal Data nor do we “share” it with third parties for cross-contextual behavioral advertising purposes. We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information outside of the purposes allowed by the CCPA.
6. LOCATION AND TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We and our Service Providers may maintain, process, access and store Personal Data in the applied position’s location(s), in relevant Percepto’s offices in Israel and the US, and any other jurisdictions, as necessary for the proper handling of your candidacy.
While privacy laws may vary between jurisdictions, Percepto, our affiliates and Service Providers engaged in processing hereunder are each committed to protect your Personal Data in accordance with this Notice, customary industry standards, and such appropriate lawful mechanisms and contractual terms requiring adequate data protection, regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in the jurisdiction to which such data is transferred.
To the extent that we transfer Candidates’ Personal Data originating in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland or the UK to countries that have not been recognized as offering an adequate level of data protection by the relevant competent authority, we rely on appropriate contractual undertakings and data transfer mechanisms as established under applicable law, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (for transfers from the EEA and Switzerland) or the International Data Transfer Addendum approved by the UK ICO (for transfers from the UK) which give personal data the same protection it has in the EEA, Switzerland or UK respectively.

7. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may retain your Personal Data even after the applied position has been filled or closed. This is done so we could reconsider Candidates for other positions and opportunities at Percepto; so that we may use their Personal Data as reference for future applications submitted by them; in case the Candidate is hired, for additional employment and business purposes related to their work; and as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements or otherwise protect our legitimate interests.
To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
8. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your Personal Data to those employees and other third parties who have a business need to know and as strictly necessary for the purposes described in the Notice. They will only process your Personal Data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
9. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
If you apply to one of our positions via our website (or through that of a Service Provider) please note the use of certain monitoring and tracking technologies, such as “cookies” or similar technologies. These technologies are used to maintain, provide and improve our processes and operations on an ongoing basis, and in order to provide a better experience to our website visitors and Candidates. For example, these technologies enable us to better secure our website and services and detect abnormal behaviours, to identify technical issues, and to monitor and improve the overall performance of our services and processes. 10. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
It is important that the Personal Data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your Personal Data changes during your working relationship with us. We encourage you to keep your personal data up to date on all platforms made available to you in the course of your employment.
You have rights concerning your Personal Data under any applicable law, including to request:
a) Access to your Personal Data. This enables you to know and receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
b) Correction of your Personal Data. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.
c) Erasure of your Personal Data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.
d) Object to processing of your Personal Data. This enables you to object to the processing of your information based on our legitimate interest (or those of a third party) for specific reasons relating to your particular situation, unless there are compelling and overriding legitimate grounds for such processing.
e) Export your Personal Data (Right of portability). This enables you to request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another party.
f) The right to equal treatment (e.g., freedom from discrimination if you exercise these rights)
g) Where applicable, you also have a right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Please note that such rights are not absolute. There are instances where applicable law or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide some or all of the Personal Data that we hold about you. In the event that we cannot accommodate your request, we will inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.
Please also note that we may require additional information, including certain Personal Data, in order to authenticate and process your request. Such additional information, along with records pertaining to your request, its handling by us and subsequent communications between you and us, may be then retained by us for legal purposes (e.g., as proof of the identity of the person submitting the request or proof of request fulfillment).
11. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
Percepto has appointed PrivacyTeam Ltd. as our Data Protection Officer (DPO), for monitoring and advising on Percepto’s ongoing privacy compliance and serving as a point of contact on privacy matters for data subjects and supervisory authorities. 12. DATABASE CONTROLLER
For the purposes of Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, Percepto Robotics Ltd. serves as the “Database Controller” for the personal data processed in its recruitment processes and can be contacted at privacy@percepto.co.
